The App enables users to:

3. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

  • Lok Virsa reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.


III. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket.

1. Event Cancellation & Natural Causes

Full refunds (100%) will be issued if the organizers cancel the event due to:

  • Technical or administrative issues.

  • Governmental restrictions or security concerns.

  • Natural Causes (e.g., extreme weather, earthquakes, or other acts ).

2. Non-Refundable Policy

If the event proceeds as scheduled, all sales are final:

  • No Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered if you decide not to attend.

  • Personal Circumstances: No refunds for personal emergencies, illness, or travel issues.

  • Non-Transferable: Tickets cannot be exchanged for future events unless specified.

3. Refund Timeline

In cases of qualified cancellations, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial provider.
